EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – A man from Illinois was arrested on suspicion of OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) after being pulled over with four minors in the vehicle.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 34-year-old John Servin from Waukegan, Illinois, was stopped for speeding.
The trooper noticed signs of impairment, leading to Servin’s arrest for suspected OWI.
He was taken to a hospital for a blood test, while the children were released to an adult family member.
