NHRA Legend John Force Survives Terrifying Drag Race Crash in Virginia

NHRA legend John Force was in a scary accident at a drag race in Virginia. His Funny Car had an engine explosion, causing him to lose control and hit the wall twice.

The NHRA released a statement saying that during the race, Force’s car had an engine explosion and crossed the centerline, hitting the guard walls. Force was conscious and examined by the medical team before being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.

Fans showed their support for Force on social media. Force, who is 75 years old, is a 16-time NHRA champion and a 22-time champion as a racing team owner. He has had an incredible career, winning 156 races, with his most recent win in April.

Reflecting on his career, Force mentioned that he is aware of time passing and is trying to make the most of his remaining time in racing. Despite the challenges, he finds excitement and motivation in winning races.
