In Indianapolis, a big group of bikers came together for a special cause. They rode their motorcycles to raise money for Riley Hospital for Children. The event is called the Miracle Ride.
The bikers started their ride at the 8 Seconds Saloon on North Lynhurst Drive. They rode to Riley Hospital, where they were greeted by the kids, their families, and the hospital staff.
Hoss Gemaree, who has been riding for 30 years, joined the ride for the third time. He loves seeing the kids’ excitement when they see the motorcycles. Some of the kids are outside, while others wave from the hospital windows.
The Miracle Ride is a big deal in Indiana. It’s been going on for a long time and is the largest charity motorcycle event in the state. Over the past 30 years, it has raised more than $7 million.
