In Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, a 37-year-old man was arrested by police after he went into a woman’s apartment while naked and then ran away.
Serghei Tcaciuc was arrested by Sunny Isles Beach police for breaking into a home where someone was living and for exposing himself.
According to the police, they got a call about a naked man in the parking lot of a condo building on Collins Avenue. Tcaciuc looked like the person they were looking for, but they let him go when they found him wearing clothes.
Later on, a woman who lived in the same building said that a stranger came into her apartment while she and her young son were sleeping. She woke up because of a loud noise and saw a naked man inside. She got scared for herself and her son, and the man ran away.
Police found Tcaciuc in another part of the condo building. The woman identified him as the intruder.
Tcaciuc was arrested and taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Public records show he’s not in jail anymore.
