Chicago Police Seek Help Finding Missing Man Frank Velazquez

Authorities are seeking help to find a man who has been missing for several months.

Chicago police report that Frank Velazquez, aged 50, has been missing since March. He lives in the 5800 block of West Barry Avenue in Belmont Cragin. Velazquez is known to frequent the Humboldt Park area and the vicinity near West Division Street and North Springfield Avenue.

He is described as 5-foot-6, weighing around 140 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes. In a photo provided by the police, Velazquez has a goatee and a buzz cut, although it’s uncertain if he had these at the time he went missing. He also has a tattoo of the Puerto Rican flag on his neck.

Authorities have not provided details on what Velazquez was wearing when he was last seen. They issued a public notification about his disappearance via a news release on Saturday afternoon.
